Muze Gazette (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a digital publication. This policy explains what happens with your information when you read the site or contact us. The short version: we ask for nothing, we track nothing, and we build no profiles of readers.

2.1 Reading the site

  • No accounts, no analytics, no tracking: There is nothing to sign up for. We do not use web analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies, and we do not profile readers.
  • Infrastructure logs: Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical request data — such as IP address and browser user agent — transiently, to serve and protect the site.
  • Theme preference: If you change the light/dark theme, that choice is stored in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device.

2.2 Contacting us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and we use it only to respond to you.

3. Service Providers

The site is served through Cloudflare’s edge network, which processes the technical request data described above under its own privacy terms. We do not sell or share reader data with anyone.

4. Data Retention

We hold no reader data to retain. Infrastructure logs are handled by Cloudflare under its retention practices; email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including:

  • The right to access personal data held about you
  • The right to rectify inaccurate data
  • The right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
  • The right to restrict or object to processing
  • The right to data portability
