Muze Gazette is a digital journal that transforms voice recordings into written articles. Audio recordings submitted through the platform are transcribed and processed into blog posts. Every article is reviewed and approved by the site owner before it is published.
3. User Submissions
3.1 Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to the audio recordings and content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Muze Gazette a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to transcribe, process, publish, and distribute the resulting articles on our platform.
3.2 Representations
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content
- Your submissions do not infringe on any third-party rights
- Your submissions comply with applicable laws and regulations
3.3 Prohibited Content
You agree not to submit content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or threats
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Violates any applicable law or regulation
4. Intellectual Property
The Muze Gazette name, logo, design, and platform code are proprietary. The articles published on the Service are licensed to readers for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
5. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and protect your data.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service uses third-party infrastructure and AI processing providers as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability or security of third-party services, but we take reasonable steps to ensure data protection.
